The book The Korean War and Postmemory Generation: Contemporary Korean Arts and Films by Dong-Yeon Koh, which examines Jisun Shin’s work on the Real DMZ Project(2015), has been published in English by Routledge.
The book explores the cultural memory of the Korean War through contemporary Korean art over the past two decades. Each chapter examines how twelve artists have sought to develop new ways of expressing traumatic memory—beyond the tragic experiences of the war’s survivors and victims.
피앤씨갤러리는 2012년 대구에서 개관하였습니다. 개관전 <최병소>전을 시작으로 곽훈, 이배, 김용수, 이준, 박형근, 장재민, 장지수 등 한국 근현대미술 전세대를 어우르는 전시를 선보이고 있습니다. 2015년 파리 기메미술관의 <까르트 블랑슈: 이배>전을 후원하였고, 2016년 3월에는 경기도미술관과 협업하여프랑스 케르게넥 미술관의 <한국의 단색화>전을 기획하였습니다. 2019년 2월 청담동에 서울전시장을 개관하고 새로운 한국미술의 미래를 만들어 나가고있습니다.
